If you're in the habit of talking to yourself unkindly then this is an important message for you. Stop and consider what's your self-talk like on a regular basis.
Do you say mean things to yourself like "I'm so stupid, why am I so dumb, why can't I just get things done" or any other variations of this you have to snap out of it.
Next time you catch yourself saying anything negative to yourself can you make a mental note of it and then remind yourself you're “not stupid, dumb,
negative, unworthy, silly" or anything else you say.
It's a habit you've gotten into and it's going to take time to get out of it. It starts with making a note of your unkind words and then reminding yourself that
it's not true.
Your nature at the core is good, kind and everything you do is coming from a place of goodness and you're willing to remind yourself of this true nature.
You are worthy, you’re good enough right now.
You’re doing your best and thats what counts!
Next time you're being unkind to yourself, pull out your phone and open your camera and record yourself smile and say, “I didn't really mean what I just said.”
“I see you, I'm working on my mean nature I want you to know that I love you and I'll work on my words”
Do this or any version of this. It may seem silly just go with it. This is
critical if you want to be truly successful with any goal in life.
Repeat till it becomes a habit
Remember, it’s not that you don’t already know this insight, now it’s a matter of internalising it in your life.
