To be candid with you, this is a fairly recent practice of mine.. Even though I’ve been practicing meditation and breathwork for years now, chanting is a practice that I’ve
been doing only recently.. Chanting can be done either silently or you can choose to chant aloud. You can feel the powerful effects of it either ways.
My personal practice involves chanting Om as well as affirmations.. Doing this practice grounds me and gives me better mental acuity and focus during the day..
You can chant an affirmation that is most true to you. Remember to chant something you believe in. Your words and the way you speak those words is extremely
powerful stuff…
Some of the affirmations that I chant.. are:
“I am aligned with peace, harmony and abundance”
“I get what I want or something better”,
“Things always work out for me”
“Everything is working in my favor and for the highest good of all involved”
“I’m only available for the best of my desires to manifest”
“I’m open and allowing my desires to unfold effortlessly”
