Depending on your body type, what works for you and if any conditions you suffer from taking hot/cold showers can be beneficial to you. Cold showers can help reduce
inflammation, improve blood circulation and even help you feel instantly fresh and energetic..
Hot showers on the other hand can help you relax, reduce muscle fatigue and are wonderful for a good nights sleep..
The reason I'm suggesting this practice is for you to see what works for you. Personally, I use both intentionally depending on what my body is craving. For example: In the mornings I like to get myself in an energetic state so
I take a cold shower.
While, at night, I've noticed I sleep much better with a hot shower.
See what works for you and your body and of course this is a personal practice.
Consult your physician before doing this or any other body practice mentioned here.
