Have you heard of the 75 Day Hard challenge? It's a health challenge which is made popular by this guy called Andy Frisella.
The way it works is quite simple..There are only three requirements
- Two 40 minutes workout (One preferably outside)
-Drinking 3-4 litres of water a day and
-Healthy eating, no sugar and junk
