Welcome to the foundational concept known as B.D.H.

 

This app’s coaching philosophy is built upon this B.D.H philosophy.

 

The root of this concept can be found in various spiritual teachings, but you don’t need to be spiritual to use and benefit from it.

 

This concept is extremely powerful that if you choose to apply it, it can significantly accelerate your efforts toward achieving your goals.



Let’s begin with what “H” stands for.. It stands for ‘having the desired end result'.

 

If you want to achieve a goal, that goal has a specific end result. However, here’s the irony.

 

Majority of people focus their efforts solely on reaching the end result, which is why very few people actually achieve their goals.

 

This is because simply focusing on what you want to achieve won’t yield results. The results you obtain are a ‘by-product’ of pursuing your goals.



If you adopt this ‘having the end result’ mindset as the starting point for pursuing your goals, you put immense pressure on yourself.

 

Why? Because at the beginning of your journey, you lack the necessary skills and may be even lack the confidence. To achieve your intended end result, there are specific actions you must take.

 

Now, if this seems obvious and you already know this, then ask yourself why do you struggle to pursue your goals?



Consider this: if you truly understand that achieving your desired outcome will require time and effort, and you are prepared for it in the right way, there shouldn’t be any struggle.

 

The struggle arises because we expect or desire our initial efforts to be enough for our intended end result, which is unrealistic.

 

Do yourself a favor. Remind yourself that your desired outcome will be a by-product of how you pursue your goals. It cannot be the starting point because, if you strategically work on your goals, you will eventually achieve what you want.

 

If you want to achieve XYZ, but you don’t put in the necessary work, you won’t get the results you want.

 

To achieve your intended result, train yourself to focus on doing the necessary things well. The result will come naturally from your efforts.



Next, “D” stands for ‘Doing the work’. There’s no alternative to putting in the hard work, but you can find more effective ways to do the work.. This app is one such way. The great news is that while going through the insight to action challenges, you’ll be taking action on your goals rather than just getting more motivation.

 

Now, it won’t be easy to take action. It’ll be the hardest thing you’ve ever done, and you’ll have to push yourself, be uncomfortable, and make changes.

This is a given, but your biggest reason to pursue your goal is your biggest armor and shield.

 

Every time you face challenges, remember why you’re pursuing your specific goal.

 

Focus on doing the work that is necessary for your goals. Even and especially when you feel you aren’t motivated enough!



And lastly, “B” stands for ‘Becoming’… You’ll undoubtedly become a different person by the time you achieve your goal. This becoming technique is to operate from a higher level, a level that has already achieved their goal.

 

You can’t achieve your goal with the mindset, habits, and skills you currently possess.

 

To achieve your specific goal, you’ll need to learn the appropriate specific skills and develop a higher mindset.

 

To become the best version of yourself, you’ll need to check your thoughts, values, and actions.

 

To check your thoughts, you must first become more aware of the type of thoughts you have.

 

The quality of your thoughts is influenced by the people you associate with, the social media you consume, and the books you read—basically, your level of personal development.

 

The million-dollar formula is to focus on becoming the person who has already achieved the desired outcome. This will lead to better action, which in turn will help you achieve your goal.



This technique trains you to align your actions with those of the person who has already achieved their goal. They do what’s necessary, despite the challenges, despite their feelings.. They behave in a manner that is completely aligned with their aspirations because they build discipline through everyday actions.

 

If you focus on becoming this person, taking action becomes simpler, and achieving your goal is inevitable.

 

We will delve into this technique of becoming the person you need to become who has already achieved their goals in detail. By working on the insight to action challenges and implementing the concepts you learn here, you can pursue your goals more effectively.

Imagine what your future self looks like. Consider their physical appearance, emotional state, and mindset. Are they more resilient, capable of handling challenges, stress-free, and happier?

 

Create an image of this future version of yourself and start imagining how you feel and what you look like after achieving your goal.

 

The more you relate to this higher version of yourself while pursuing your goal, the easier and more fulfilling your journey will become. Even if this feels silly or challenging, begin this mental exercise, and you’ll soon discover its immense power.
